    Feedback needed for PGP Junkies

Good morning everybody! What I have been hearing about the PGP products and PT Xtreme kits has all been great. However, I have had a report recently that when the PGP face seal is used as a cup seal in the Phantom style markers, that there is an amount of deformation that is causing some issues. I have only received 2 reports of this but I am planning to modify the process to produce these. When I was designing the product for the PGPs, I wanted a material that was soft enough that the user didn't have to "crank down" on the 12g cap to get a good seal, but also hard enough that it wouldnt blow out or leak when left under CO2 pressure. I believe I have accomplished that. However, they were not designed to function as a cup seal. This is was a realization afterwards once it was experimented with as such. Therefore, I will be testing out some higher duro (90A) Polyurethane Rubber (70 is what is used for PGP face seals). As long as the tests go well, the Phantom cup seals will be a completely different listing than the PGP face seals.
So, if you have ordered the PGP face seals and used them as cup seals in a Phantom, please let me know how they worked out for you. Did they deform much? Did the cause the cup seal to "get sticky" and stick to the valve? Any information helps!

As usual, thanks to everybody who has helped out with product development for PGP Junkies!

I have ordered some to be spares for this purpose. But haven't installed any yet.
Need Inception Designs or Shocktech Products? Let me know!

99% of the time, they seem to work perfect. But let me know if you have any issues.

I'm one of the two "complainants". It was a summer day in Texas, and I'm pretty sure the guy I loaned it to dipped a bunch of liquid into the valve more than once (BBA 12g bucket). But, it got squirrely by the end of the day. If you're going to be this extreme with it, I'd recommend upgrading to whatever harder products he comes up with.

It was still better than the 20 year old original seal, which jammed up on the first game, where this one simply gave some velocity fluctuations. Glad I had it in my toolbox to keep the gun running.
