    Dropincharlie Feedback

I recently attempted to purchase a purple ASA from Dropincharlie, and it was an extremely poor experience. Transactions with this seller should be avoided.

The first issue was the fact that after paying for the ASA, he went completely silent. After twelve days had passed, I still heard nothing so I reached back out, and then next day he actually stuck a package in the mail.

Larger issue is envelope I received had been taped poorly on one side, and all that was inside was an empty ziploc bag. While initially I had suspected the ASA had fallen out of the poorly taped package, my follow up conversations with "D Clemmons" he was adamint that the asa had been in the ziploc baggie and it was the post office's fault....Which means that somehow in transit the ziploc baggie had been removed and unzipped, the part made it way out of the baggie, the baggie was then rezip locked shut, and the part then exited the entire package. I think the more likely explanation is that the part was never there in the first place...

He has refused to refund me, which is mostly my fault for sending as friends and family and not Goods and Services. Be sure to use Goods and Services! Rules exists for a reason.
