New Old Stock brass eagle raptor. Untested. It'll probably need to be rebuilt .. comes with everything it would come new because, well ,it is.. a little info about this marker. This is probably one of the best markers ever made, by a company that is famous for their durability and dependability. although it probably wasn't the best marker ,probably wasn't even very good , honestly they were kind of crappy But this one is in mint condition except for I probably doesn't work so... I would like the '70 shipped for it in the USA, I will send it anywhere in the USA. I probably send another places but you got to pay more. Well I'll be honest I would send it anywhere as long as the shipping is covered. So in summary , get it and you'll always be able to say that you have one new in the box..
