    CO2 Tanks

So i am going through my old stuff and have 6 or more CO2 tanks that are out of hydro is there any demand for these? I would imagine that it would cost more to ship them then it would be worth for someone to buy them and even at 21 dollars a tank it is not worth the effort to get them hydroed is there anyone out there that wants them as i have to put a price i will say 1 dollar a tank F & F and the buyer covers shipping or 5 dollars a tank G & S and again the buyer covers shipping. If there is any interest in these tanks i can post pictures but I am thinking I will get the standard reply donate them to my local field or use them on soda stream with Docs mod. I think that one or two have been modified to have a siphon but i do not want to tear them apart to find out. If someone wants just the siphon let me know and i can send those, same price for siphons as tanks. One final question and this may need to go to Custom Questions forum but i know that these are listed as aluminum tanks does anyone know if they could be emptied "reg" removed then melted down for casting?

There is very little demand for out of hydro CO2 tanks. If you have any skinny ones with less than a 2" OD they are technically exempt from testing. Small (3-4oz) tanks are still fairly sought after.

Or the best 7oz or awesome 9oz 2" tanks!

As much as the little guys? I'm biased towards tiny tanks, but I don't feel like I see a huge demand for 7"-9"

Seems they are all hard to find. Any 2" rule tank is worth it imho.

I think one of them is a skinny but i am not sure i will take a look at them and get back here. TBH i am a little surprised there would be any interest in any CO2 tanks even if they were exempt. Not sure how it is in your neck of the woods but most player here run HPA.

You can always put a reg on a 7oz tank and you're in business.

Yeeeahh I personally wouldnt roll 3k hpa on a "CO2" bottle, even if, in theory, they can handle it.

So there are 2 a 7 oz and a 9 oz CO2. All my markers except one work best on HPA and i have enough CO2 bottles to last a life time anyone want them?
