This is no wall hanger! Player condition with cosmetic wear 'n tear, but it still rocks. Please read this thoroughly.
Picked up this SS-25 not too long ago and I have made some changes from how it originally came to me:
Swapped out the T style pump handle it came with (not included) with a round style - the longer, older version without any logo on the front.
Added new dust black CCM fittings.
Rebuilt the reg with all new internals from CCM, sweet-spotted.
Replaced the 3 hole black IVG with a silver 6 hole.
Replaced the beat up feedneck collar with a new one from CCM (not installed yet).
Replaced the beat up feedneck (currently on the way, not here yet!)
New pump arm from CCM (not installed).
If you didn't know, these use an 11/16" valve which comes out the front. Comes with an older style 45 frame that doesn't have the keyhole style mounts, but has a red aluminum trigger and Hogue 45 palm swell grip panels. This trigger frame has a weird warp or some kind of issue on the upper front section so it does not sit flat against the body. You won't notice unless you look right at it, but it still functions perfectly. The front gripframe mount screw from the previous owner is longer, but they added a couple washers and I just left this alone since it works fine. The rear gripframe mount hole on the body was professionally helicoiled and works as it should.
This will come with the auto trigger lever and shoulder screw, along with a brand new pump arm from CCM. The current one works without A/T, but if you want to use A/T install the new pump arm. Current one has bad threads on the shoulder pin hole. It is not loctited in place so you won't need to heat anything up, but it threads in very tightly (a good thing).
The current feedneck and collar are in really rough shape and ugly, but I have a new dust black collar from CCM. A new feedneck from a member here is currently on the way to me, so I will provide updated photos once that gets here. I will still include the old/beat up parts.
Internals are in great shape. Bolt has some wear, but nothing major and works great.
The reg has all new guts and I took time to sweet spot it so you will just have to worry about adjusting the IVG. It's said that 350 psi is the safe spot, but this is set lower at around 310-320ish. Took it out last weekend and had to back it out flush to shoot in the 280's, and it performed great and efficiently. Reg still may need some breaking in, but the old guts will also be included.
No barrel included. I can provide any other photos you would like. Mega smooth like a CCM should be.
Now that my novel is finished....
No trades. $800 + shipping ($15), add for insurance if you would like it but I will pack it well, and it will be partially disassembled. This will be ready to ship once the feedneck arrives.
