SOLD.
Up for sale, Tippmann SL-68 II second gen/re-release. $100.00 shipped/USA only.
Picked this up recently when I was feeling nostalgic for my original SL-68 II that's on the wall now. Thought I'd give it some playing time. But after testing it at the shooting bench last weekend, I realized I've been spoiled by Snipers and Sterlings. I never even took it on the field. It shoots fine but will probably need a spring kit of some kind to get to 280FPS. Shooting with garbage leftover field paint at around 240-260 now.
I've photographed the feedneck especially so you can see it's solid, and also the few places whoever owned it before me scrapped it up. Barrel tip and on the neck outside mainly. Serial is 150, which is low, I think. It was sold to me advertised that way. I don't care myself, but you might. The barrel inside is clean. Ran a swab through it before photos. I put the carry strap back on (had taken it off). It comes as I got it.
To be honest, if my lawn trimmer hadn't been mishandled and is now dead, I'd probably keep it just for nostalgia alone. Grownup life costs. Thanks for looking!
