WTB: Ego 7/8 solenoid or Ego 7/8 full marker

Looking to buy a working solenoid for an ego 7 or ego 8. used or new.
I would also buy a fulling working ego 7 or 8 marker.

Can be just the solenoid or have the manifold, either works.

I have a marker with a dead solenoid I'd like to save from becoming a wall hanger.
( I'd like to think I'm reasonably experienced with these markers, and the solenoid is truly gone )

    Thank you for your help

These are becoming so hard to find! Yours get the over tightening of the grip screws treatment?

      Strangely not grip screws.

Its weird, for all intents it seems like it should be good, clicks normal, makes normal sound, but it directs air at a very very irratic timing/amount. The bolt will barely move some clicks, then give a 300fps shot, then a 200fps, then some 50 fps and so on. Then it will go into times where the bolt can barely cycle.

Every part on the marker has been traded out with another Ego to a-b test and its deffinitely the solenoid. HPR is rebuild, no creep and works great, same with LPR all verified with pressure testing. I even tried replacing the solenoid "top" (magnetic coil, and plunger) and that was no help. So, its in the solenoid body where the spool is housed .

Have you checked the QEV diagram? Also make sure you LPR piston isn't missing it’s lil bumper.

If the noid clicks it’s often good. They rarely go bad unless you put a screw threw them by over torqueing the upper grip screws.

Appreciate the ideas, but yeah, all new seals, new regulator seats (high and low), and the pressures on the high/low regs are tested and dialed in and don't have any reg creep. QEV diaphragm is new, with the qev checked cleaned and rebuild.
(I have one of the lpr reg testers - holds 95 psi steady, and the hpr holds steady with good range and set at 290psi ).
