E2 frame and noid

I am building some sort of undisclosed dumb for my nephew that will include an MQ2 and alot of other wierdness and I need a functional E2. Color doesn't matter since I will anno it and I don't care what board is in it as long as it has ramping and other silly fire modes.

Whatcha got?
