CMI CO-2000 or similar inline regulator

    Hey all,

I'd like to get something to run to stop high temperature CO2 spikes and I don't really want to shell out $130 for a CART. Anybody have something that would fit the bill? I'm going to be running this into a vertical adapter with a 12g changer, to get an idea of the setup.

    Anyone?

I have an untested Sheridan reg I don't plan on ever using. Looks about like this, minus the macro fitting:

Hmm, 2 questions: 1 - Does that bottom hex portion come off? I'm hoping to find something with a female ASA input. 2 - Any idea of the pressure range?

      Thanks!

Yes the hex piece comes out, it's a standard remote line adapter (ASA to 1/8th NPT). I actually don't know output range, but IIRC it's the same design/guts as the CMI or KC No Hot Shots. So it should have the same output.

Almost positive the guts are the same as KC No Hot Shots which were pretty reliable with CO2.
      Working...
