WTB used Gaming laptop so I can play Fallout New Vegas with mods

Not looking to run texture packs. They just make the game look uncanny rather than look better. Just mods to make the game more challenging and fun. If anyone has experience modding the game I would really need the guidance. So much conflicting info out there. It's honestly overwhelming. Doing this on a budget, since I only plan to play this game and a few other way older games. So go as cheap as we can go without making the laptop meltdown. .

I modded it when I was younger but very poorly, and without many of the quality of life and bug fixes that are out now. Never had a mod menu or even a 4gb patch or script extender. I only ask that I be able to run the game on the highest for max draw/pop in distance. I like sneaking/sniping. I remember putting the water textures and shadows/god rays on low because they are the most demanding despite how pointless they are to look at.

Also you can send me links to other peoples laptops. Don't have to be yours.

There was a decent one in the yard sale section not too long ago.

I asked some questions about it but no response.

Way too much computer. The laptop only needs to be a few years newer than the game itself. 4gb of vram, 32gb of ram or 16 if it has more than 4gb of vram. No need for an ssd. 1080p resolution is fine. Would prefer a number pad since I play lefty but is not a deal breaker. Those half sized up and down arrow keys are a deal breaker though.
