I'm super close to having my 3 OG Hammers fully assembled. Just need a whole valve/ASA/powertube assembly. It doesn't have to be specifically for a Hammer as long as the Nelson bits and pieces are the same dimensions for the thing to work and mount to the gripframe.

I'll say this - the valve nut and powertube are certainly unique. The thicker back end should make it much more durable than a Nelson tube of comparable flow. Same nut threads, at least.
I've also not seen a Nelson with a similarly mounted valve body. Most have screws from the top, through the whole valve.

Hey man there's this.
I go hiking in NH a lot, but that's pretty far up there for a detour. Maybe the seller would part the Hammer and ship it? Just thought I'd let you know💀 PK x Ragnastock 💀

Probably more expensive than you're hoping, but here are some build options:
This is the part that screws into the the ASA or 12 gram changer and holds the power tube and cup seal in place. You get TWO (2) Power Tube Valve Guides, NOT 1!
As for a valve spring, that I didn't find. I've got a Kingman body and a hammer and bolt for a Hammer that I've been daydreaming about building up for a few years, but it is not economically viable as-is.
Good luck
