While my last outing was fun, it was also very frustrating with some fogging issues. I wear glasses so I got 2x the lenses to fog up. I had to sit in cover several times and try to fan air into my goggle vent holes as I couldn't even see to walk off the field. So I bought this 30mm blower fan and a battery pack, now I have fresh air pumped right into the goggles. It's not that loud and I figure it is only going to be used in short bursts to clear up the fog. I wish I had a 3d printer to mount this thing in permanently. I just have it mocked up with zip tapefor now,, which is almost sturdy enough for a field test.. Maybe if I make an accurate drawing I could pay for someone to make a bracket for me? Either way, here's what I have so far.
