What all can I do with my equipment?

So, I recently built a terrible ghetto mill, which is a cross slide table hooked to a rotary tool press. Now I have used setups like this in the past to make pilot holes and cutting slots and grooves into aluminum and brass. It isn't great, but it is cheap and I don't have much space.

My question really though is can I do more? For example, I would be interested in cutting some sight rails but, I am not really sure how I would go about doing that. Is there a specific tool that I could use that would cut that angle in one pass? In the past I have used the Dremel 9901 tungsten carbide carving bit and cheap amazon 1/8" end mills to cut small slots like the sort a wire detent would use and I used the Dremel 115 high speed cutter to make wider groves, or to slot things together. Is there a bit I could use to give me that sharp angle to cut sight rails?

Also, is there any other bit I should use to make better cuts? Like something that could do an okay surface finish? I am not totally ignorant of this stuff, but I only know exactly enough to get myself into trouble so any resources would be appreciated.

As to the specific things I am looking to do, it is add sight rails, add some wire detents (On a spare body so I don't ruin a current one lol), add some eyes, hopefully mill out some Delrin eye covers (though the complex geometry might stop me there), and mill a slot into a piece of alumium with two holes into it so I can make a foregrip extender. I know I don't have the ideal equipment for the task, but with a tap and die set, my ghetto mill, and a drill press I am hoping to be able to accomplish the task.

If there is some other task that I can do with my current setup I would love to hear it, like I would love a way to add barrel wedgets or make gas through stocks, but it all seems a bit hard to imagine how I would accomplish these tasks.

In my experience that kind of setup has way too much flex and not enough power to really do anything that requires precision. I'm not saying you can't do it, but it may be more dangerous than useful. You could try 3D printing, infinitely useful for general household stuff as well as for paintball. You could simply design and print things like custom bolts and eye covers as well as custom brackets for projects instead of cutting and bending metal that will always looks kind of weird be hard to line up. A Creality Ender 3 is cheap, reliable(to a degree) and doesn't take up much space.
