B2K4 home cooked trayless

Alright ladies and gentlemen and everyone in between, the goal here is to attempt to take a B2K4 and get it as close to the old T2 Trayless mod as possible. I have a pic of my old T2'd B2K4 that I no longer have. The plan is to utilize an existing frame, which will likely lead to a custom tray and I may even explore a custom manifold to drop the height further. Currently plan on using a Morlock MK3 as the brains.

Potential frames:
- Dangerous Power F7
- EGO (earlier the better)
- ETEK (STAR preferred, though the OG composite may be okay)
- Macdev Cyborg or Droid or Clone(?)
- OG Timmy
- Older Dye matrix frames (they were beefy!)

I don't really have any input, but I'm super interested in this since the T2 kits are super hard to find & super expensive. Been wanting one for my BKO for years.

If you want an old 2k2/3 B2K/BKO frame to mess with I can provide an empty one if you'd like.

Thanks! I'm down in the Milwaukee area, so hoping to get out to Siege now that the weather's finally turned. I'll keep that in mind! I have full b2k4 w/pds as a guinea pig, but if I fuck something up real bad, I might take you up!

I go down to Siege once in a while. Played indoor airball there in February. Not sure when I'll get down there next though, as it's a drive for me. I'm up near Stevens Point.

Not to highjack the thread but I actually have a brand new T2 kit I have been hanging onto. On the bubble for selling but might be interested in certain trades if you are looking for one.

Angel LCD frames have good potential too. Since they use a wide grip pattern the inside of the frame is totally open.

Oh, good call. I'd really prefer a Cyborg frame since they used the same noid in almost the same spot, but an angel frame might be easier to find.
