This is just to get a removable barrel, right? Easiest way is probably to get a 1" OD brass tube and machine it accordingly - even adding the feedtube mounting point. The large OD of the phantom body/guts are going to make this challenging. Will need to modify the pump rod and hammer lug to compensate either way.

I just used a bunch of JB Weld, and a very tight fit between the brass of the Sheridan and the aluminum of the phantom. I use some pretty high-quality JB Weld, so I don’t for see it being an issue, but if it ever starts to come loose, I’ll just have to braise it or whatever you call it. It’s kind of a shitty job, but I wanted to see if it was even possible, and to be honest, this thing is shot so fucking straight and so fucking consistently shot on the shot I don’t understand how it was that good. I really don’t understand. It was like taking , the beauty of a brass PGP, and putting on that phantom magic and together it becomes amazing

Feed neck installed. Man she’s beautiful. Now a couple more things. I need to figure out how to stop it from double feeding on one pump stroke. If I’m quick enough, it only do one ball, but sometimes it feeds 2.
also, the pump stroke is smooth but cocking. The hammer is extremely hard to get it up to 280. Is there any tips or tricks to lightening the pump stroke? Also, one more thing. Is there a way that I can make this bolt stop opening and closing with the ball bearings? Can I remove the ball bearings and somehow keep the bolts from doing that extra quarter of an inch slide Where it just unlocks the bolt then behinds to move ?

Try removing the bolt ball bearing and see if the pump return spring is strong enough
its a cartridge valve, you can check to drill the top hole on the cartridge to make sure its the same size as the hole in the body. You can also try different spring for the valve (you can cut spyder hammer spring shorter for your valve).💀Team Ragnastock💀
