What do you guys use for marker stand or displays?

I've wanted to display at least some of my markers for a long time and I was trying to do it in a more cost effective way. I like those HK stands but they are $40 each, the eclipse stands are $100 each. Most of the 3d printed ones i've seen in person are not that nice and are still around $20 a piece. Once upon a time I used peg board but it didn't look so good and the markers always flopped around. I had a left over slat of Tigerwood from a old project and some scraps of aluminum and some time so...

I like it. I had a something like that at my old house for a while. A board with some hooks it Did the job. Limited space now in a condo.

I'm working on putting together a den for my nerdy passions. I plan on displaying my favorite markers on some nice shelving. I could use some ideas. Mechanic959 , I'm stealing your idea for a couple of them. Finished lumber would look great under my brass and older pumps.

While we're on the subject, what's the best way to keep the marker from tilting lose at the ASA?

I'm having this exact problem, I think most stands use oversize o-rings to keep a snug fit. the HK stands have one fat o-ring no threads and two pins at about 2 and 10 to hold the marker. i'll have to add a groove or two and try out some o-rings.

I got shelving from ELFA at the Container Store and 3D printed display stands. I used OCD but Paintball DNA would be my choice today.
