Who wants to print a barrel case for me

So I'm moving to the freak xl and realized that nobody sells a good hard sided case that is able to hold a barrel (one piece 14)and inserts

Photo below is the basic idea but I want to do a double stack and put the barrel in the middle with the ability to hold 10 inserts (I will be purchasing a few smaller than what comes with the kit)

Needs to have a cap and be tough enough to protect the inserts when the whole thing is thrown in my bag, my bag tips over and the case is on the bottom with about 70lbs above it. I had the oval shaped freak case before this and it did just fine

So, let me know if you can handle that and what your price is

It will need to be a little over 16

2x 8 inch inserts

I'm fine if it needs to be printed in pieces and glued. I'm not looking for pretty, functional is key

I can probably do it, my max height it 9" though. So if you need a 14" case I would have to print in multiple pieces. Is this something you want me to design for you and make, or just print from an existing .stl? Once I have the STL I can tell you how much it will cost.

There are also other variables for cost such as what material you want me to use (PLA, PETG), and what infill you want. You would have to pay actual shipping, and I live in Maine, probably a USPS flat rate situation though.

If you are new to 3D printing, I can answer questions you might have, just shoot them at me.

It is up to you, but if you want go on Amazon today is Prime day, and buy a roll of whatever color material you want and ship it to me. I'll keep the rest of the roll and deduct the cost from the print. There are some good deals right now. Just make sure you buy PLA or PETG 1.75mm. Go nuts and get some wood filament, lol.

What's the differences in the materials?

I know very little about printing

PLA is really easy to print with and is pretty strong, but isn't as tough as PETG, and degrades in extreme heat (think of inside of a car in Arizona). However, it it looks better after printed.

PETG is stronger but much harder to print, and the final print isn't as smooth or look as good.

Infill is just how empty the inside is. It goes by percentages, for kids toys I'll print at 20% but for a paintball barrel I'll do 100%. Obviously it uses more filament and more print time the more infill you use. The mroe infill the tougher it is.

Doesn't even hold a whole kit of freaks and doesn't hold the barrel

I'm working with rainmaker on this, he has a design moched up already and it looks super promising
