Anyone know of a 9v revvy body that can be printed? Just noticed my feed neck is cracked. I’d hate to see this get junked - the board an everything else work fine.

I would love to see someone use revy guts with a more modern shape.

I'm still rocking a halo tsa which I'll argue with anyone was the best agitator ever made. Problem is the shells are that early 2000s plastic that's all cracking now and they are getting harder to find

I designed something back when I just got started but I wasn't very happy with it. Figuring out a solution for the break beam eyes was the trickiest part. I got sidetracked learning about the boards and how to make my own sound activated boards and then the project sat. I'd like to get back to it at some point.

I fixed one of my 9 VDC Revvys that cracked at the neck by welding the crack with a solder iron and some tie wraps as some fill rod (inside and out). Make sure you do a good mixing of the base material and the tie wrap. Then I used some fiber reinforced 2 part epoxy to overbuild up the whole neck area and once that was cured I filed and sanded back into shape. I did this years ago and it is still holding up. I love 9 VDC Revvys on open class pumps especially for big games just the right size to not have to carry any or a lot of paint on the field and agitate just enough for maintaining a nice stack for feeding.
