from years ago testing by AGD, use a parabolic curve, not a perfectly rounded corner

the older ones tended to create a jam because the ball locks into the shape VS being pushed into the breech and the technically have a "flatspot" on the edge
as far as the how? i would recommend orienting off on one of the "sides" and then creating the shape you want and doing an extrusion, but the kind that removes material,
im not familiar with that specific software, so i can't be more specfic as to "how"

I ended up using the hole command and just sized the hole and placed it's center to where it best met the desired contour. Then I spent time trying to figure out how to copy and clone the part, I ended up using the pattern tool and just spaced it accordingly, I did however execute a proper use of boolean to join them. The over all goal is to come up with a faster loading of a nasty painter. Not having to fool around with two separate and non interchangeable plugs will be nice.
