Most of you guys here remember paintball back in 04-06 as some of the best years for paintball. I was about 13 with a pmi traccer, pretending i was a sniper.
So now I've got somewhere around 30 markers, some custom builds, some fancy speedball markers, some classics..
Every time I play paintball, I use my traccer, at least for a couple rounds. I now have two, and I believe these might be the most underrated pumps.
I designed the pump rail myself, it was my second project when I started using fusion 360. I've only been 3d printing for a year, so I'm pretty proud of it. The top is made with petg, and the pump handle (ribbed, for pleasure) is tpu. I also designed little pic rails so I could put iron sights or whatever on it.
The white traccer has a stock from Stryker customs, I really like the feel of it, and it's super lightweight. I also used a staunchy barrel adapter so I could run an inception stella barrel. The apex is pretty much for looks lol
The black one is something I'm pretty proud of. I picked up a 16" rifled armson barrel and I had a Ruger stock laying around, so I got out the calipers and started designing an insert that would fit inside and secure to the body. I had to design a trigger and sear that is strong enough to last and actuate the hammer. When it worked great on the first print, I took it that Sunday to the field.
Can you imagine how much shit I was talking to people when I goggled them with a 3d printed pump?
Anyways, here's to the old cheapies, and the old guys keepin em alive.. I present the Sliggity Traccers
