Amazon 19mm ID 22mm OD cf tube, turned down carmatech nemesis epoxied inside, and made an aluminum back for it all to slip in nicely.. the back isn’t glued into place yet, need to get it anodized first. I made three more backs for more CF sleeved barrels.

Carbon fiber foregrip for my AutoIon... why should Mag guys get all the cool stuff?
I need to re-spring the Stab for LP operation yet but I think I'm going to run it like this.

made this for a shop. Still need to install the locking pins but it’s an adjustable gas through 12gram plug for testing a TIPX (not meant to be used during play)… spring loaded to ensure contact with the face seal and account for product tolerances (injection molded plastic isn’t particularly consistent).

Did some more work on mycustommongrel pump build... finished off the barrel, mounted the feedneck block, cut the feedhole.
Still need to drill/tap for a detent, create a barrel retaining setup of some kind, and verify operation. I'm hoping to have it completed for a pump day in two weeks... I should have most of the parts I need next weekend and the rest will show up from PPS eventually.

Did my first Stock class sniper conversion.
-Drilled thru the feedneck and twisted it off with a grade8 bolt.
-lined up the feedblock and drilled and tapped the hole
-chopped the feed down a bit
whole process was maybe 20 minutes.
surprised myself with how easy this was.
did some light tuning earlier and shes getting 30 solid shots @ ~275.
this set up feels so RIGHT
very stoked to get this one out on the field.

The SL-68 II needed a new pump handle to fit over the freak adapter, and I finally got a chance to tinker in my old man's shop and kick one out!
Super happy with how this turned out, still needs a bit of work to finish it in, but not much.

In my ongoing quest to have as much brass on my Trilly build as possible, I grabbed a Shocktech LPC off ACP.com and gambled that it used the same threads as a WGP ram... they do. 🙂 (I also made a brass Rock knob but that was awhile ago.)
I drilled through from the inside and tapped it for a 10-32 setscrew - just like the Shocktech setup - which also blocks off the barb hole. A bit of polishing later and voilà.

Palmers is out of stock on their ASA collars and I needed one for my Typhoon after I converted it back from it's Hurricane format, so I finally got to it last night.
Brass, of course - I don't have access to a lathe or mill so brass tubing is the easiest thing for me to work on with the tools at my disposal.
