[Deep breath] Brass chassis, 11/16" PPS LT valve, halfblock hammer with PPS Typhoon bolt, ANS Nelson spring dialer, slip fit barrel retained by a thumbscrew on the right side. Cocker derent, CCI-Empire feedneck adapter (can also bolt on a modified CCI feedblock for SC) with ID feedneck, modified Meteor pumpkit, slide frame, female Stab. [Phew]

270fps@300psi.

Pretty pleased with how it turned out... it may get a Laz valve but I really like how it shoots etc at the moment so it might just stay as is. My Laz valved Trilly build is giving me troubles occasionally and I prefer to keep a pump reliable, regardless of how homebrew it is.

The final look may change - I'm still waiting for some parts in the mail so I stole the frame and detent off my Trilly, a bolt from my Hurc, and the feedneck off my Ion to roadtest this thing - but not by much.

Yeah, most of it is taken up with pump kit. 🙂 The Meteor pump guide is pretty long but it solved a few problems with my build.

Very cool build. Did you sleeve the air passage to increase its diameter or is that just drilled through the solder joint like a stock Sheridan?

I was going to sleeve it but couldn't find any 5/16" ID brass tube with a thin enough wall, so I drilled through the solder joint. It's not super noticeable but the solder is built up around the transfer port.

As an update - the final configuration.



I used it this past weekend and it shot great... OP ended up around the 250psi mark, two turns in on the dialer IVG. On Monday I swapped out the Stabilizer that was on there for a WGP preset reg that I freshened up with a service and reseal, I'll try it and see how it is.

I changed out the brass panels I had on there for an old beat up pair of Hogues, too - might use them on something else or give 'em away at Walzmas - and I replaced the ID feedneck with an old SR neck I had lying around, my Ion wanted it's feedneck back. 🙂

I also built a bolt for it out of an old PPS bolt (that had been cut up at some point) and some brass bits, probably the reason for the OP drop - the inlet hole is giant on this thing.

Super happy with it - it's deadly accurate and it just feels great.

Thanks! I really like what Craig came up with when he designed the Lance and tried to do something similar... this is again something I would have happily ordered from PPS if they were still taking orders.

Made a couple changes this weekend... swapped in a Lazarus valve and made up a SC feed out of some 3d printed bits and a piece of CF tube. I rebuilt one of my Hyper2s and tossed it on there with a spacer to line the macro up with the ASA as well... I needed a more easily adjustable reg for setting velocity.

It's shooting 280FPS at a hair under 200psi.
