Phase 1 of my build Watch HERE!!!! DO it!!!!!! Do it NOW!!
I have like 3 ts-1s and one with a serial number of #36 this one is junk and some of the old some parts don't even match other ts-1 or ATS-85s so I don't might hacking this one up. I have another pump ats 85 that I got from chplnstone for like 70$usd that i might try to make one out of if this one goes south, but we'll see if this can actually be done .
Basically the older models (ts-1)s had a crappy 3way and terrible LPR (they don't work) . So ill be using an ANS jack hammer LPR and ill be using a WorrBlade noid as my 3way (2/5valve) .
Today i started drilling the holes and taped them for all the pneumatics , I wish I could find a 1/8 npt tee that was male on the middle and female on the ends.... apparently those are hard to find . So now my LPR sticks way out the side of it ,I'll have to fix that later.
i want to install QEV's on both side of the ram if any one has some available, hopefully they make them in 10/32? Threads
Now for phase 2 I need to connect an on off switch that has the same travel length as the stock 3 way switch, that way when the gun fires when the hammer reaches the stock 3way switch it will intern move the on/off switch .... so basically I'm putting a electric switch beside the stock switch so they activate at the same time. Ill show this in a later video
Now I need help here with this , can I just wire a battery to the switch then to the niod? Or do I need a capacitor??? OR ORrrrrr i just get a Autocoker e1 board and wire that 3way switch to the trigger of the board? Ill have to make a video and you will understand once you see how the 3way switch operates.
