I know I still have reserved posts for content above. But I'm headed out the door. So here's a quick update. I decided to try devolumizing my valve with a piece of macro line. I figure it's rated to handle the pressure. I also cut it long enough that the valve can only shuttle open about 1/8" before bumping the macro and re closing.
It may end up causing my valve pin to mushroom, but I'm willing to try it if I can get the gas usage way down, and run this thing as intended.
I'll run it today a bit and see if it's working as I'd like.
