    It has to be - the box and the manual say Stingray.

      Mix and matched barrel though. That's too bad. or it at least looks like a Poison barrel due to the color.

        If it kinda looks like a Stingray and probably leaks like a Stingray then it must be a Stingray.

          Can someone school me on what is going on between the frame and body on these old BEs? There is like three inches of what looks like unnecessary marker there. Where these stacked tubes with the bottom tube hidden in there or something?

            No. The extra weight is for ballast. They were designed to keep players from floating away. Also due to the expected and rampant air leaks they were designed with additional weight to keep the user from being uncontrollably blown around the field.
            They were also marketed as boat anchors and hot air balloon weights. York Barbell considered the early BE line as competition in the free weight sports equipment market.

          They weren't semi.....they were double action, inside the space is all the linkages and cams to make a pump be pumped by a trigger pull

              This is a Jaguar, I had one once. Took the tank off and threw it into the river during a game, it was the best decision of my life.
