If cocker values have hit the sky I need to liquidate. EDIT: My collection is not for sale.Last edited by THE_Incredible_Hulk; 12-20-2021, 05:32 AM.

The most sought after e cocker in highly desired finish.
It's an "I don't want to sell it" price. If any piece was going to push electronic cockers in this price that would likely be the marker.
Exceptionally kitted Westwood's or Aurora Eclipses really push the top of the cocker market. I don't know if any eblade is capable of pulling 5k+....yet

I can't argue any of that. I am a collector and that is 3x market price for that gun. I'm also a cheap bastard and the only marker I ever paid "going rate" for was my platinum DC2.
I'm simply examining the "ifs".
Any thoughts on a better marker to push a $4000 price tag?

The Aurora anodized one or the hand engraved Markers maybe. $4K is a lot of money for a paintball marker. I like unique gear but $4k on a paintball marker is insane. Especially if your buying it as an investment/ hang on the wall what’s the point. Nobody is playing with something that expensive. I mean maybe if I won it in a raffle I would just because. 4K is nice automotive territory with a much better return on investment. Not saying he can’t get someone to pay massive money. He’s Fishing for a fool. But who knows, Hell one drunk clown on eBay and social media hype destroyed the CCM market. Now CCM can’t even post parts on there website because people scalp them to buy more chicken tendies for there moms basement. If someone buys this for a premium there is an 80% chance it will be raffled for profit. It’s the only way these things sell.

Sorry I'd not even pay $1000 but then I could give a $hit about "rareness" and the fact it is an electronic abortion of a mechanical nightmare.....

This marker or edition in particular, no, but I have played, owned and worked on many autocockers over the years and have never been in love with them. In the old Mag vs. Cocker debate days I was always on the Mag side if that helps. I can appreciate Cockers in general and the aesthetics of some of them but never was a fan. I'd rather short stroke one of my Blazers. The external pneumatics of an autococker was a means to an ends at the time and has long outlived its value technically and then to "E-blade" that is just adding something unnecessary. There isn't a marker in existence that I would pay $2000-$3000 on, to be honest it would be very unlikely for me to pay $1000 for a paintball gun. I think the most I have ever paid new for a marker is $850.

Zero chance that this will go for anywhere near what he's asking. Some guy was apparently BS-ing him and offered 7k, and he didn't even jump at that so to me this looks like an attention post with no real legitimate interest in selling. The pink lady's aren't even the most rare of the DC2's. That honor would fall to the Blood DC2 (factory one-off) and then the 5 red to black and 5 blue to black fades.
And yes, people do play with $2K+ cockers. I shoot all of mine, and I wouldn't have a problem getting that for any of them. I've been offered over $5k for the gray and purple with my R/T and twister barrel, said no, and have shot it an absolute ton. I just played Fulda with this year for the the 2nd time.
Honestly, I would guess that to be a $3k gun. I know that a blue to black DC2 went for $3.5 to a friend of mine this year. And there's absolutely no reason that this should go for more than that.
