Paintball attracts all types and backgrounds. It’s probably the most inclusive sport out there. I didn’t comment on the original post because I think it was stupid to begin with. It’s a politically baited question and the #1 reason I left the Anti-Social media.

That being said this thread seems to out last the “Proud Boy movement”. It’s just a media label used to push headlines and click bait. They throw $hit at the wall just to see if it sticks.

Let me ask you this. Outside of social media have you ever met a KKK member, Antifa, Proud Boy, (insert latest fringe close minded label drummed up). I’m not talking racist individuals. I’m talking actual members of these organizations. Are they the Majority or the Minority?

The Reality is the internet allows these tiny fringe groups to have a larger voice then they really have. The majority of People are followers and social media allows these followers to be herded into groups who feed off each other’s stupidity.

Saul Alinsky would call them “Useful Idiots” groups of Hurd Thinkers. Call and repeat thinkers. When you throw Critical thought to the wind the easily manipulated have real world consequences. Don’t mater what side you fall on the divisiveness weakens all. The reality is most all of us what the same dam thing. We just disagree on how to go about doing it because we are put in these tiny restricted thought groups.

That aside we need to have thicker skin. Since when is everyone so dam sensitive. The need to play victim because it wields the most political clout it’s getting old. It’s a manipulative Tactic designed to shut down conversation. The conversation that would open minds, creat productive resolutions to real world problems buy helping to understand each others unique background.

Instead we chose to yell at each other from our Ecco chamber of stupidity. Host rally’s that don’t to do a dam thing but make us feel better about our particular cause we have been told to care about. When are people going to realize they are just puppets, band together and go after the puppet masters.

People need to Put the phone down go out and talk to people they don’t agree with face to face and truly listen. Not just wait for there turn to talk. It’s not about who wins it’s about who can produce the best solution that works for all.

Stop being afraid of these made up bogus groups they are just distracting you from the real enemy the ones controlling free thought.

Made up? Must be nice to not live in their favorite combat zone. Lemme tell ya, the Proud Boys are real. It's not just a media label. They're real and they're really stupid. If you lived among them it might matter what you wore and where you did it.
Hawaiian shirts were the Boogaloos' uniform though, not PB.

I know people who attended antifa events (hard to categorize it as a group membership tho) so it's hard to discount it entirely; a couple years back downtown got smashed up so bad the business were under curfew.

That said, I stayed off Facebook for the overwhelming majority of the last five years. I can't recommend it enough. I quit Reddit after a month. I only got back on Facebook to keep up with my son's school PTA events (like the Nerf battle). It's just healthier.

I don’t fear these groups of internet trolls.

I fear the day that every day people say enough is enough. Nobody including our government is ready for that.

As a man that wears Hawaiian shirts 365 days a year.. I didn't know this was a thing.. and honestly don't care. Hawaiian shirts make me happy, so i will continue to wear them. That's it plain and simple!
