The best way to get more garlic is to tell me you think there's enough already.
-It's not physically possible, in my experience, to put "too much" garlic in something.

    Doc.

Oh god, laundry. I didn't mind it before, but it's part of my day job now.
You'd honestly be surprised how many scrubs, sheets, and towels an autopsy suite goes through.

I don't normally comment on my wife's cooking, but when she straight-up asks about it I'm usually honest. May as well be. If I simply say it's good she goads me into an honest response. Then she criticizes me and says I can cook next time. It's truly unwinnable for me.

Had a similar situation last night was "corrected" on how I was cutting a brisket. This is after I spent hours of my time dry brining, carefully smoking and watching the internal temperature to make sure it was "just right". I said nothing set down the carving tools and walked away. I went to my recliner leaned back and turned on Rick and Morty. When they followed me to ask why I didn't finish I said, "obviously you know more about this then I do and care more about the outcome so enjoy finish up on your own while I take a little time to relax."

    Confidence paired with incompetence.

    Belief above reason.

I hate when I’m cooking and someone tells me how I should be seasoning. If I’m at the stove, I’m running the show.

Teenagers who think they're above the law and indestructible... had an 18 year old kid pancake himself onto the side of a van outside the shop I work at, a few weeks ago. No motorcycle license, no license plate, no insurance, possibly stolen bike, ill-fitting helmet, excessive speed... he's in the hospital right now, seriously f-ed up, for life, if he survives.

    Politics. And various other things.
If you have opinions, great! That's part of being an informed adult. If all your opinions follow exactly one party, religion, company, etc., often to the point that you think it's not possible to be a decent person because someone belongs to another, that's not an 'informed opinion,' that's 'indoctrination'.
Either learn to see other points of view even if you disagree, or learn to shut up about it until someone asks.

Pretty much another piece of a broken gear, that really grinds up the other gears.

This has always been a problem but I am seeing it more and more now there is a pretty major parts shortage going on in nearly every industry. I manufacture machinery for a living and have vendors who like to give me the leadtime answer I want to hear instead of giving me the real answer. This ultimately screws production times and really grinds my gears..

If you can't deliver by a certain date and tell me that, I can respect that and I will come back to you the next time. If you tell me what I want to hear knowing you can't deliver, that will be your last sale with me. (Sorry for the rant, my gears are sufficiently ground)

People who offer to buy something you have for sale..."I'll buy that, or I'll take that, what is your Paypal address?"...then you never hear from them again...and they won't respond to your PMs, as to why they have ghosted you, just total ignoring and no contact, even though you can see them signed on multiple times (I can understand if there is a sudden financial problem or something, just please let me know)..
