What the hell did I just watch? Rednecks shooting empty whippets at an old bulletproof vest? Is this what passes for quality entertainment on YouTube these days?
The main thing- on a whole list of idiocy- is those morons fired the cartridges backwards. They put 'tails' on the things, but then loaded them into the gun tail-first. That's like trying to throw darts flights-first. Yeah, no s**t, Sherlock, they flew wildly. This comes as a surprise to you? Next why don't you try shooting an arrow out of a bow, nock-first. See what kind of results you get.
I want my five minutes and twenty IQ points back.

It's gone forever, and to make your day worse they did say they loaded them backwards so it would actually fire from a consistent pressure, making it seem like the "correct" orientation wouldn't fit in the shell and so not work.
They should have shot them from a much greater distance to see if the tail would actually stabilize the vessel.
