With the state of the Postal Service, it's almost criminal to still use them. The parcel services sure aren't perfect, but they don't come close to the cesspool that is USPS, and there's a much higher chance of restitution from them.

You've done your part, cave. The partial refund is above and beyond. This is on USPS to fix.
