want to trave with laptop on e-bike. but not sure knock off pelican case safe enough

so i do photography and need find away to travel with my laptop with out causing damage to hard drive that not SSD stick drive. since where i live roads all over place to bumpy when i ride the e-bike if i put laptop in side case will it be safe to store and travel with. want to know foam is good enough to stop it from shaking and bouncing around. also here pic of bike and rack i have.
You might try making sure the laptop is fully powered off, then should be no problem.
Just closing it and leaving it in sleep mode is where you'd potentially run into issues.

when i travel with it i turn off power since battery if left on only last about 1hr also taking laptop in to get battery change out for new one i got.
