Just wanted to say a quick word about this company, and how awesome they are in dealing with customers! I just made an order for some new paintball pants from their site, but unfortunately they were out of what I was wanting and had to cancel the order. I reordered in a different color and didn’t hear anything for a few days, but then got a text from the owner to ask to call them about my order. I did so and spoke with Shae, who was beyond awesome. They were out of the pants in question, but she offered to send me a pair that was over double the price I had ordered just as a gesture of goodwill for the website info still showing available. She sent pics of the new stuff after our phone call (which I ended up turning down, I really wanted the first type I ordered) to try and resolve the error and keep me as a happy customer.
As a person who works as a vendor inside of a retail business, customer service over the past couple of years has been lacking across the board, but she did everything she could to make sure I didn’t walk away upset. Very pleased with how they run their business, and I will definitely go to the first from now on when I need new gear. After only dealing with ANS in the past, it was nice to have something resolved so personally and professionally.
