Lloyd was trying to itch his ear and bite me at the same time . . . he was getting all wound up and launched into having the zoomies with our house pony right after this

He’s pretty cool he will follow your hand around. Gets super excited when it’s feeding time. I have to be careful he don’t jump right out. I actually had the tank blow out on me last year. I bought it in time to save him and had another smaller tank to keep him in until I could repair this one. But I had a ton of water all over the place. The tank I purchased 2nd hand and I had to build a stand that would hold it. It’s a half moon D shape tank. But the trim it was sitting on was not supporting the bottom glass. So the glass seal popped and needed to be re sealed. And supported better. I removed all the seals and redid them and reinforced the bottom of the tank so now the weight of the water and glass sits directly on the steel frame i fabricated myself to shoot the weight. Me and my dad drove to some city in NJ and carried this thing down 4 flights of spiraling tiny city apartment stair cases we had to hold the thing over the rail so it would clear. It was wild. The guy had turtles in it I guess at one point. We managed to get it home without cracking it on Shitty NY NJ streets. It’s a massive tank I payed I got for like $200 because nobody was crazy enough to carry it down from the 4th floor of that apartment. The materials for the stand cost me more then the tank. Oscar is probably one of the largest I have seen. The round front magnifies him a bit but he’s massive! It’s hard to see how big he is in the picture but those feeder fish to the left are about 2” long.
