Placed 3 orders on their website. 2 of the orders had items that where out of stock, but the website did not mention it. Called them up to adjust the orders for items that where not out of stock. Customer service rep said they would ship that day, two days latter both packages are still "Package Acceptance Pending" status and have not shipped.

Whats going on with these folks? They seem to have changed over the years. Can anyone recommend alternatives?

I've run into out of stock items before. But haven't really had any issues with shipping. I'd recommend Paintball Wizard, PB Sports, Cousins, Hogan's Alley, Lone Wolf, and I know I'm forgetting others worth mentioning.

Paintball Wizard is local to me. They are a good option IMO.

Their new website sucks as well , compared to the previous design

It's SO BAD! I'm so curious what prompted the change because it's impossible to browse and find things anymore. It's bad as an experienced player can't imagine what a newer customer must feel trying to navigate the site.

My last order had an out of stock item, a purple cp feedneck. Only took 11 or so months to get. I wouldn’t worry.

Pink actually, the grip isn’t tight enough. Probably why it took so long.
