its close to one month since i order from online store for accessories. i made order on may 9th for Smoker Accessory Kit along with side shelf and vegie rack. its sucks say they are behind and i have to wait. you can not call them at all. if you call the place they send you auto system that says you can only leave voice mail. sad that company only wants you buy from the stores where all products are mark up item. home depot or lowes would not price match and told can not price match master built site.
