Who did I lend a VHS tape to.... 15 years ago?

Does anyone remember me lending them a VHS tape 15 years ago? It had some computer animations about paintball that I made back in 1990, plus some random shows I recorded back 1990-1991, and re-edited together for a film-study class for school.

Obviously, that predates this forum It might even predate the previous forum. My kids are doing computer animation in school... and they don't believe I was doing that 33 years ago.. I never made a backup since I was planning on asking for it back.... but just forgot about it.

Was there a thread involving this transaction? Perhaps the Wayback Machine has some trace of it.

The previous version debuted in 2006 or close to it. I remember the change over.

I sent a message on facebook. I don't think he made the transition after the hack.
I did make a low-res telecine conversion back... 2000 or so. Which may or may be stored as a backup CD. I have a bin in the basement with literally 100's of unmarked... or faded markings CDs and DVD backups. Just the thought of going through those gives me a headache.

There used to be that gag photo of a "DVD Rewinder", but nowadays, the kids will start asking "what's a DVD?"

Whenever my kids cook... I'll yell out "Wheres the Beef!"... just to irritate them.

also, it was infamoussmiley who had my old VHS tape. Had to dig through nearly 100,000 emails... but it was in there. lol
