for some reason both judge and defense vs prosecution attorney messed up. did not do there job to double check to see if person was cleared to drive in first place. do to fact report found out this. also was rescinded back in January 2022 and never forwarded to state authorities by the Saginaw County Friend of the Court, a local government agency should be able to sue court system and state too. so he can get money back for wrongly sending to jail and had spend a lot of time in jail. also could lost his job. and video made fool out of him

That video was everywhere. With court sessions now being streamed publicly, is it possible to sue a judge / the state for defamation? lol
His license was initially suspended in 2010 in relation to a child support case.

They really take away licenses for failing to pay child support? If someone wasn't paying child support in the first place, they're definitely not going to pay once the "privilege" of driving to work is taken away...

new update. now they find out guy never had drive id at all never hand one from any state. this what happens when media goes off on story and court system does not do it job. they should had check everything before case went to trail. both judge along with defense and Prosecutors. should had all paper need to prove if had id or not or if was given back. no way this should happen at all. all people in this case messed up. that includes driver for not doing what he was told too before hand. he was told to do paper work never did or they got lost in shuffle. he more at fault for not having one. also since that does not allow people who do not pay child support can not drive anymore. they do this for reason to make sure person will live up to agreement on playing child support. its better then sending them to jail and also give chance changes ways too. buy not sending to jail the have chance to find away to pay child support and get id back.

Huh? Do you have a link, to the source, of the update? ....How can a state DMV, suspend something(Drivers license), when you never had it to begin with? Can the DMV create you an unauthorized account just to suspend it?
Edit: I mean, I kind of get it. But, that just seems like the DMV would/should have came back then and said ... "Hey, this dude didn't have it(drivers license) in the first place". Sounds like a lot of "not my job BS" or flawed from the start.

I'd imagine it was meant to be something that would impede his licensure if he were to apply for one.
Seems like the cops misunderstood the situation while laying the charge and the prosecution didn't look into it properly (I would imagine some documentation showing the status of his license would basically be required evidence for this case).
