Inception design is doing the most exquisite anno for the emf line up, just crazy stuff like 2 tone tiger stripes and such, nothing for the 3m tho.
Whats suspicious is those emf kits are also on sale for a bargain like they are liquiding inventory

I suspect the emf100 to be updated to the 3m back factor soon, nothing exciting and quite deceiving knowing that inception is capable of pumping the best anno on the market but only for the redundant products. Also everything been overpriced on the eclipse side and withholding parts availability. A deception unless they release the emf frames to convert the emeks

Ironic, I happen to know someone who does something very similar, could be worse they could be selling someone else's products for way over msrp. Not that inceptions prices are even that bad for how much it cost to make there custom and niche products.

Im about 90% sure they don't do the ano in house, they do seem to be the only manufacture willing to have cool ano's on there stocked goods though.

I’m assuming slow sales are the reason for lower prices at Inception.

I don’t expect a EMF100 update any time soon. I don’t see a 3M back cap driving sales on the EMF100 up at all. Its likely not worth there time. People that own one won’t be selling it for a back cap, and the Increase in the price won’t help sales. I think we are more likely to see a complete redesign down the road before a 3M /EMF mash up.

People are running out of money / credit. First thing they cut is luxury items like cosmetic body kits for a hobby sport if they are smart. I fail to see how Inception or PE are deceiving anyone. They are probably two of the most strait forward business in paintball. They both build outstanding quality products for various budgets.

Also there are a bunch of 3M bodies w/ custom ano and different machining. You do realize those prices are for complete maxed out 3M markers right?

I imagine that the frames they have where purchased as part of a complete marker. So when they sell their emf with upgraded body they also sell the frames they purchased with the stock marker. They then sell the stock parts for next to nothing in their clearance section.

They sell standalone bodies but not frames since they are trying to get sales from people with complete markers that are looking to upgrade.

I'm missing how seeing overstock on sale = greedy, please explain

Are you referring to the $700 empty body or the plethora of new parts 2 or 3 times the price the manufacturer is asking for them, trying to make money on the back of a small business making quality product, without putting any effort?

Judging aside, the difference between the add price and the manufacturer's sale price is several times larger than the margins the people making the parts are making ...
"Bottle neck the industries" was never part of my comment (it would be another topic of discussion), the only spotlight I made was pointing the discrepancy between work/skills/... And profit margins of the person who makes the parts and the person flipping them.

If you cannot understand that, we have bigger issues (don't need to agree, just understand to have a discussion)

Then call ans they might still have one, I've heard that if you ask for Rorry you get farther. Or call planet eclipse, if they ask why you want it say you took a bad dive and broke the frame on yours. Check ebay. If you want this part there are multiple ways of getting it blaming small businesses is not a productive way to puchase something they don't stock.


A small shop not stocking everything the largest retailer in the space does is not greed its common sense. Why stock something that might not sell? Ans has a massive sales volume advantage that lets them sit on stock for 20 years(such as their lprs) and still make money.

Price Guess you'll have to make it yourself or give up on getting one. If planet doesn't want to sell them then that's probably why ans and inception don't have them either.
