The only way I can get you to imagine what I am thinking and looking for.

i need a table or pad that I can draw on and it shows up on a computer screen the object I’m drawing and that I can generate layers and and picture I drew that I can stop and edit and then make it play. Does that make sense ?

Kidding, but if you video recorded the projection and edited it to string your layers together you could build yourself a poor man’s version of the thing you’re describing, I think.

It is inexpensive, uses layers, and can be used to animate.

I think your after a drawing tablet that real times to PC screen. They take some getting used to and have mostly been supplanted by procreate on an ipad, with apple pencil - highly recommended and fun as hell. there are also now dedicated drawing screens that are much bigger and even more awesome. "drawing screen" or "drawing tablet" will get you where you want to go on google.
