What’s the strongest glue or epoxy that y’all know of? I have a non paintball project that requires some strength. Essentially glueing a wooded peg to a plastic piece that slides so the forces exerted on the glue/epoxy would want to shear the peg off again. Thanks for recommendations

I think a lot depends on surface prep and bond thickness, but acrylics and acrylates can be pretty strong. Superglue, rear view mirror adhesive, stuff like that. I have to look it up, but we use a good 2-part acrylic from Loctite for mounting accelerometers to machine tool spindles and steel mill chocks.
Not sure whether there will be shock loads, UV, humidity, oils, etc.Feedback

Genuinely? Bakerlok. Don't let the description throw you- it's a "thread locking" compound all right, but the threads they're talking about are for oil well casings.
I heard about this stuff years ago from a shop that was using it to repair a cracked bulldozer diesel engine block.
