You gotta be kitten me! I do a lot of video conferences with work. On my last conference the head person came back early from lunch and I can confirm that he was not wearing pants.

During stand-up meeting last week I, and the 40 other members of our development team, listened while one of our colleagues either slowly poured out some liquid or went pee. (My guess is the latter)

It was right during an awkward pause between conversations.
