Well it's that time of year again. I have a pile of old barrel tubes, a testament to how many projects I've done over the last couple years. This isn't even all of them. So, much like last year, this giveaway is a wind chime, this time made from the remains of PGP barrels. You can hang it on the porch, you can use it for target practice, maybe even wear it as a hat?
