    Sharkweek in December?

So got this years walzmas I'm on time, but not quite as equipped as I'd like to be.

I've got a Tigershark that I acquired with some interesting mods to pass on. It comes with a plastic power tube and a slightly rusty brass one. Someone in the past did some sanding/drilling to the grip frame and drilled the front for a vertical grip. I'll include a new body along with the 'customized' one. I'm not sure what the FPS will be like, I installed some springs that seemed right to me. I'll also include a small hopper with a dye locklid epoxied on.

Otherwise I have a right side side saddle phantom valve, a brass trigger shoe and NDZ on/off in silver.

I'm pretty sure the brass trigger shoe somehow got missed in a package from last walzmas, if it was supposed to be yours please message me.

Otherwise my "rules" are simple. Comment on how the mcb forum/community has improved your life. Regular members get 2 tickets, green gets 4. You can post your comment and update what items are using your tickets for in the raffle for until the midnight on 12/17 before drawing on 12/18 I'll have someone teach me how to do that RNG stuff before then.

So far the entrants are: Tigershark project: OpusX 4 tix, Trbo323 4 tix, redsquirrel x3

Phantom valve: Super Nova 2 tix, JeepDVLZ45 4 tix, xemon 1 tix

Brass trigger shoe: Super Nova 2 tix, acrewofone 1 tix, redsquirrel 1 tix, xemon 2 tix

On/off: tyronejk 2 tix, acrewofone 1 tix, xemon 1 tix

if I made any accounting errors let me know guys. Drawing will be on the 17th or 18th depending on my schedule. Still accepting new entries until the 16th.

I’ll participate, but donate my entries to a yet to be determined participant.

How has MCB improved my life? A few ways actually!

First, it helped turning paintball from an interest to a full hobby. Since becoming active on MCB I’ve significantly expanded the buying, fixing and selling of paintball gear. Through the help of the knowledgeable people here I’ve gotten the confidence to buy and try to fix all sorts of very neat paintball markers I wound have never touched were in not for MCB. And when I fail at fixing, awesome people such as Jordan are always there to with mostly useful advice and to lend a hand. It’s greatly appreciated and I try to pass the kindness I have been shown to others.

Secondly, paintball has given me a “zen” outlet. Sometimes I need to lose myself in working on a paintball marker. I can pop in some headphones and listen to music and just lose myself in my task. It’s great when you can fix something and get it working again. I also enjoy getting out to the field and getting to play and enjoy the moment. Getting both physical activity and much needed stress relief

As an added bonus, I get friendships and comradely on MCB. People that understand a weird hobby that I enjoy, have strange senses of humour and who care enough to make MCB a great place to spend time.

That and the Nice Assets thread.

MCB has improved my life by decreasing my bank account significantly so I didnt have to worry about all those large numbers. Also a couple members here are largely responsible for getting me out and playing again and not just hoarding. Im a little confused on what items are available but mostly interested in the phantom valve and brass trigger shoe. I already have a tigershark I just need to dig it out and get it working.

The first photo is just the Tigershark parts, it's basically a complete tigerhark (minus an o ring or two and springs) with a spare body. Otherwise the brass trigger shoe, NDZ on/off, and phantom side saddle valve are the items up for grabs.

Sorry for the confusing word salad description. Writing has never been my strong suit haha.

MCB has improved my life by; 1) understanding my love of this sport, 2) being a local, remote and virtual friend group, 3) proving the internet has cool people in it, 4) continuing the traditions of this sport that makes it fun, 5) allowing people like Impactfour to give back to random joes like us

Awesome Walzmas bud. I'll throw all my tickets at the pile of Tigershark.
        Velcor will save us...

I’ll jump on this one. I could really use that phantom valve!

How has MCB improved my life?

Well. before I was introduced to MCB, I was in a bad spot…paintball-wise. I had a “souped up” A5 and frequented PBNation😂🤣

all kidding aside, a friend of mine recommendedI join the forum so I did. I discovered I wasn’t the only eccentric paintball weirdo out there! I started playing much more, got into pump, stockclass and eventually single shot.

I found others with a similar “paintball culture” as me. Just enjoying the game and trying to build future ballers. Getting shot out wasn’t the end of the world, it was a “nice shot” and a fist bump at the end of the game (on either side)

I can honestly say that if I didn’t join MCB and find Ragnastock, PumpKings, Extreme Discharge, and GITM guys (and galls)…and Slim’s, there is a good chance I wouldn’t still be playing or worse…I’d be slinging cases of paint though an electro at rentals trying to fill the gaping hole in my heart of something missing in my life!

Not all of us share a jersey, but I’m proud to trade paint with all of you!!

MCB has improved my life by being a place for the not-average paintball player (DIYers, stock class players, small business machine shops) to talk shop, share ideas, trade weird niche PGP parts that look like scrap to anyone else. It's been refreshing to find a paintball community like this still alive and well.

I'm interested in the NDZ on/off.

I replaced the springs and o-rings on the tigerhark, aired it up and everything works as it should, not sure what the FPS is gonna be at. Im also gonna include a small hopper with a dye locklid epoxied on as a lid.

MCB has kept Cancer at bay in our house, it's true. My Wife (the Cancer patient), loves reading all the MCB funny usernames, comments and posts. Laughing out loud at the especially clever, and often raunchy postings and quotes. Doctors always say, that an upbeat attitude is powerfull medicine.

I'm so sorry to hear about your wife's cancer, but it's nice to hear that this great community has been able to help in its own small way.

Let me know if you'd like to be entered in the raffle for anything. I'll have your family in my thoughts.

MCB is the only community I engage with online and almost the only internet browsing I even do these days. Checks so
many boxes for me. Cool people to talk to, collections to lust over, awesome custom builds, life advice, troubleshooting/repair help, generosity through the roof, jokes left and right, meetups/event posts, mayonnaise, motivation to get out and play, and much more. Love it here and love you all. ❤️

3 on the tigershark, 1 on the brass trigger shoe.

MCB has been a place to get all the wired/cool/old paintball gear you just cant find anywhere 😎
and the member section is an amazing support for teh hard times ... wasnt expecting that from "an online community" ...
And as a few of us, I probably would have stop playing ages ago without this place.

lets do 1 on the on/off and 1 on the side saddle and 2 on the trigger shoe 😋

Let the games begin! I'll be using a simple RNG, I just assigned numbers based off how many tickets each participant put towards an item, sorry for the shit lighting, got some downed power lines from the storm today
