Damn that’s heavy and I’m truly sorry how all that went down. So happy that I got to say it is yours and make you smile for a bit. The guys I’ve met and now call close friends are because of MCB and this weird hobby we all love. It’s truly a great community and I’m thankful for the small things it provides. Some guys on here have watched my son grow on and off the paintball field and have always treated him with such awesomeness it’s a real “ life is great “ vibe .These guys know who they are and now are some of my closest friends.

So sorry for your loss! It’s a hard situation trying to enjoy the moment, while processing grief. You get those odd
moments that hit lot harder than you anticipate.

We had a tough Christmas a couple years ago when my wife’s grandfather passed away a few days before Christmas, and the next day my sister-in-law’s marriage exploded (temporarily, as it turned out, but things are awkward….). I’d be doing something and drift in thought and have to catch myself. No idea how my wife handled it as well as she did.

I know what you're going through. I lost my mom in December of 2020.

MCB was the thing i needed to get my mind off of her. This forum is truly special.

Walzmas is a remarkable and fun way to move gear other people want, that i don't need.

If i win this, I'm going to polish it up, play with it, and likely give it away at another Walzmas in the future.

Thanks for the love guys. I took my 3 days of bereavement leave today through Friday my family is working on cleaning her house out today and tomorrow. Her service is Friday. It's still rough, but I'm getting through. Many of you have pmd me reminding me that self care during grief is I portent. Thanks for that as I have been lacking a bit with it.

Sorry for your loss. I talk to people who have lost loved ones often and time and reflection is usually the key to processing these things. Take some time to your self to sort things out.

Alright MCB, lets run this Bish. what I have done is compiled a list, 1-24 are in order who has posted above. 25-40 is the like list of my OP in the order it displayed on my PC. I compiled that list and I numbered you guys 1040. I'm going to run a sequence generator ONCE on random.org, and the LAST number of the sequence list is the winner.. cuz, why not tie back to my title??

Also, more importantly. Thank you all again, MCB is really a special place on the internet for me, and I truly cherish it. We held a beaufiful service for my mom Friday night, the funeral home was PACKED, and it warmed my heart to see to many people show up, including a good number of childhood friends whom want to hang out again now that life has torn us all in different directions. I wrote a nice eulogy for her which gave me some closure. Then we crashed the hell out of the small town bar my family often frequented as kids. (I tried to warn em on the bookface). My family has been cleaning her house out together, and its kinda healing to go through her stuff. I'll always be a mamas boy, and I'll always miss her, but I'll be alright thanks fo so many friends, family, and you pack of filthy animals.
