I've bought a ton of stuff this year. Cant even remember it all. But the highlights are.

• Bought a new mask back in August to replace my old events that I bought in 2010ish. You would think I would use the new mask......No I still grab the old one every time. And at this point am questioning why I bought that zebra eflex.
• Bought a Avratech R7 in September. Yea this one I've used and like. Keeping it for awhile I think. Maybe.
• Also bought a Chplnstone Lever flattop a month ago. Which I got exactly 2 shots out of it before the paint broke. Shitty paint issue so I put the gun away and haven't used it since and wont until spring unless I sell it first. Yea Ive spent more time cleaning it then anything.
• But the best 3 where two pgp's and a RTR gargoyle tail stock. All of which I had intentions of using until something more interesting at the moment popped up so I traded them away. The gargoyle tail I only had in hand for 15 minutes.

Its been a interesting year.

I have bought a lot this year. Highlights are the AKA Viking and CCM T2 insert body, I have not played with either of them yet. We need more banning like cowbell.

Got this little guy, started outfitting it and started machining some custom cocker compatible shells and it's been sitting since 🫣

I'm constantly buying stuff that I don't use for a long time. But here is a phantom trigger I got from flyweightnate I've got plans to polish it to a shine before attempting to install it.. so here it sits.


2. I honestly can't give a Harb story though. I was on MCB in the day, but Harb isn't ringing a bell for me. But I'll say I apparently avoided his ban hammer of epic proportions.

I still haven't used this one I bought earlier this year. It's an ongoing project... So far I've had the duck slide milled to separate the feed, got the barrel bored and threaded for attatchments and did the obvious parts collecting. I hit a snag with the icd lever and the feedtube, and had a 3d printed riser made as a mockup for an aluminum when I heard about the phrameworks frame coming out which appeals more and will solve that issue. The final bits will be getting odm grips and getting it anodized. Definitely gonna sell some stuff to find the final touches but this is essentially my dream marker, so I'm doing it right.

As far as a harb story goes, I'd joined the pre-ransomware mcb forum around 2008 as a young teenager mostly to try and figure out how to turn a box of parts into a functional sniper. I quickly caught wind of harb's reputation for ban hammering folks and read some of his more emotionally charged posts. It didn't take long for me to get some sort of warning PM from him regarding some b/s/t rule I'd ignored. My young anxious self was relieved it was the infamous banhammer, but he definitely kept the forum in line...

I bought parts to recreate a pt sc today. A couple years back I was holding on to a feed for the longest time and a week after I gave it away a body popped up. But today i was fortunate enough to obtain this lot from the gracious Forest at ptp. The benchmark is a milled prototype which looks awesome.

Had the itch to snag a Defiant so I had a home for a morlock v3 board that was sittng. Welp though I actually made progress on it today, still havent used it.

I've been lucky enough to stroll around MCB since about 2007. I cant say I have a Harb specific story, wish I did. I do recall mods didnt take sh1t back in the day 😉
