So I was looking around at Disney songs from that time and didn't find much but thought when I saw 98* and Stevie Wonder teamed up for a song on the Mulan soundtrack I had to pick it. True to Your Heart by 98* and Stevie Wonder, 1998.

my first pick was
Dream a Dream - Captain Jack
But the whole "make you scream" just doesnt seem as appropriate when its a 4yr old picking it. lol
Just trying to give her some good music to dance to.

Goddamnit, why didn't I think of that! I frequently use the Aquabats to get my 6 year old out of bed.
Actually, I know why I didn't think of that: I mistakenly thought Super Rad! was older, like 1994.
But you've given me an idea.

The Aquabats are definitely good at getting kids moving. Has your 6 year old seen the supershow?

Oh yes, she's seen plenty of Supershow on YouTube.
On Halloween we were trick or treating with my buddy and his two girls on their 6-seater electric golf cart with "Dr. Space Mummy," "Skeleton Inside," "Fashion Zombies," and "Powdered Milk Man" blaring.
