move to right spot if does not go here. i made order on may 9 they got back to me on may 15 say 14 days to fill order. its may 31 and no info on my order. will not order from there online store again. said in e-mail on may 15 takes 14 days to fill order. have not got shipping date and been over 21 days. i tried calling them only take voice message. said that company like that can not treat there people good. i have not tried the smoker yet since waiting on stuff i order from them to clean them. since said clean all stuff by leaving in smoker for 3hrs at 275 but whipe down first then turn on and whipe down again.
