It’s been a while since I doctor’d somethin up for the fam, but yesterday had the opportunity to make cayenne seared shrimp tacos with a cilantro lime sauce and slaw on homemade tortillas that were pressed from red corn masa. I wish I could find queso fresco here, but welcome to south central PA. To say the least, it was a hit! Pops loved it!
