So I'm newish to the world of combat sports and heavy bag training. I've been doing Muay Thai for about half a year now, and I've got a good 6', 100ish# bag set up. I'm just not sure how to really get returns out of it.
I've found a few workouts on YouTube that FEEL like they work, but it's hard to look up information when you're not sure what to ask.
So a few questions up front:
- How often should bag work be?
- How long should each session be?
- Should I pick a focus each bag day, or cover a little of everything each session?
