    I don’t have any specific concerns, but I’ve noticed the closer I get to 40 the more I find long term health is on my mind.

    My plan is less real heavy squat/bench type exercises, more general hand dumbbell stuff, lunges, core, and more low impact cardio - typically biking, rowing, or inclined treadmill.

    Also getting more serious about tracking calories and eating better quality food. The last decade or so I’ve held fairly steady around 215-220 lbs. If I could drop to maybe 190 and maintain my current muscle mass I’d feel pretty optimistic about the future.

    Plus if I drop a few pounds my ski gear will fit a lot more comfortably. 🤣

      Well, hip replacement on hold as I severed rotator cuff tendon in left arm and waiting for surgery. No gym for a while but at least I do passive arm excersizes and can walk and use recumbant bike. I think it's time for me to liquidate my paintball gear. I played for 40 years so I'm good. A great ride since 1984.

        I have a buddy that is a PT, and while talking about similar issues his statement was: Everyone should do yoga every day. Do as I say, not as I do.

        I can say from experience- doing yoga is amazing. I need to get back to it, but again- do as I say?
